Note from Scott Franklin: I used to commission overlay designs early in my career, to put on various kinds of pens. For many years I've intended to feature overlays with the Franklin Christoph brand. In fact, the Model 03 with it's subtle taper from the center to the ends was designed this way for this purpose. So here I present the first design, in partnership with an
